Parking
Parking is always free of charge in Rauma.
While parking in Rauma is free there are areas where it is mandatory to indicate the start time of the parking in a clearly visible way. Please make sure to check the time limits each time you park your car. Time limits at the city centre parking spaces can easily be checked at Rauma Map service (Street info), but remember to always check the limit also on traffic signs when parking.
Driving in Old Rauma should be avoided and parking spaces in Old Rauma are very few. Four fairly large parking spaces are located within a short walking distance from Old Rauma.
Parking during the Rauma Lace Week
During the city festival Lace Week 23.–31.7.2022 some of the parking places are not in use and there it unusual traffic arrangements in the city centre. There is plenty of parking places near by. For example the inner yard of School of Kari (Savilankatu 5) acts as a temporary parking place during the Lace Week.
