Rauma Blues brings root music to Rauma again in 11.-13.8.

Blue clubs of Thursday and Friday will set the mood for Rauma Blues festival’s main concert in Saturday. This year the blues clubs offer wider range of music than ever before. There will a wide variety of root music: six artist in five location. Artist from Finland and beyond have been missed for last two years’ cancelations. There will also be artists who are performing in the Rauma Blues for the first time.

The festival will be started up Thursday 11.8. by Lefty Leppänen at Wanha Rauma Kaffebar. Thursday also brings a whole new blues club: the evening will be partied till the end in Poroholma Rantatalo by the ocean with a local Hamid Moeini Band.

Friday 12.8. the blues clubs start at Café Sali with Kyla Brox Duo. The club Friday will continues in restaurant Buena Vista, where Tad Robinson will be performing. Last club of the evening will be Kulttuurikuppila Brummi, where the mood will be set by a local Kallablöös as well as Million Dollar Tones.

Blus clubs in Buena Vista, Café Sali, Wanhan Rauman Kaffebar anf Poroholma Rantatalo (K18) are free of charge. Kultturikuppila Brummi (K18) tickets can be bought beforehand for 17€ or at the door for 20€.

Saturday 13.8. the main concert in the tent arena located in downtown area has a huge amount of local and international blues stars: Kyla Brox Band, Vanessa Collier, Toronzo Cannon, Pepe Ahlqvist & Tomi Leino Trio feat. Harri Taittonen as well as Honey B & T-Bones feat. Paleface.

Tickets to Saturday’s main event can now be bought also in Rauma City Service Point Pyyrman, Valtakatu 2 A. Much asked VIP-tickets with buffet dinner are also on sale. Blues club tickets to Kulttuurikuppila Brummi are sold on Brummi’s online store.
