Children’s Cultural Weeks create joyful experiences in Rauma from March 4th to 17th

Children’s cultural weeks are celebrated in Rauma from March 4th to 17th. During the two weeks, various concerts, guided tours, performances, and art sessions are organized for children in early childhood education and elementary school. The program is aimed separately at both early childhood education and school groups as well as families. The activities are mainly in Finnish.

Families can still register for family programs

Families are encouraged to participate in the cultural weeks through exciting new programs

– During the cultural weeks, you can participate in activities such as glow bowling for kids, ukulele workshops, Amazing Forest Mysteries, science sessions, playful guided tours of Old Rauma, and acrobatics classes, says cultural producer Heini Järvenpää.

In addition to Rauma City’s cultural services, children’s cultural weeks are organized by nearly 30 local operators, such as museums, companies, associations, and sports clubs. Also involved are the City of Rauma’s museum, library, youth, and sports services, adult education center, music institute, and the church.
