Do you wish to became a vendor for Rauma Christmas market?

The atmospheric Rauma Christmas Market will open again at the Kauppatori Square on the last weekend of November and will continue until Christmas Eve. This year, we want to offer even more people the opportunity to help create the magic of Christmas!

Normally, Christmas cottage spots are applied for either the entire duration of the market or for about a two-week period, but this year we are offering the chance to participate for just one or a few days.

This opportunity is perfect for example for:

• associations and clubs,
• small entrepreneurs and artisans,
• school classes or other groups wishing to raise funds or gain visibility before Christmas.

The market stall fee for a part-time Christmas cottage is €25.00 + VAT per day. You can choose several days — however, the total fee is capped at €75.00 + VAT for the entire event period, whether you participate for three days or more.

For non-profit organizations whose offerings and agenda fit the Christmas market, no participation fee will be charged.

The sales or presentation space is a cozy Christmas cottage at the market, which each participant decorates inside in a festive and personal way. The organizer will handle the construction of the cottages and the outdoor decorations.

The Lace City Christmas Market aims to be a bright, impressive, and inviting event as part of Rauma’s Christmas season. As a vendor or participant, you will help create a much-loved Christmas experience — one that we build together.

We also encourage organizations to join the Christmas Market to present their activities, network, or sell their own products! Organizations play an important role in preventing loneliness and fostering new social connections.

The Rauma Christmas Market is a low-threshold event — you can come alone or with a friend. There is also a performance stage, which can be used by prior arrangement for activity presentations, musical performances, or other programs. Spots will be allocated as suitable applicants are found. Submitting the form does not automatically guarantee a place, as the organizer will review applications individually and make selection decisions accordingly.
