City Train Kake

Kake City Train has moved to rest after a busy summer of 2025!

The appearance of the City Train Kake in Rauma’s streets is a sure sign that summer has arrived. The city train operates on the Kauppatori (market square) – Poroholma route starting from June 26, 2025. Onboard the train, you can admire both the Old Rauma district and the city scenery. The train continues driving around Old Rauma until the 9th of August 2025.

One full tour (from starting point back to the same point) takes just under an hour. The train stops at Poroholma, where passengers can hop on and off.

The city train operates Monday through Saturday. The first departure of the day is from next to Kauppatori (Kauppakatu 13) at 10:00 AM, and the last one leaves at 3:00 PM. Please note that the last departure at 3:00 PM does not return to the city center. Departures from Poroholma are always on the half hour, with the first at 10:30 AM and the last at 2:30 PM.

Tip! If you take the last train ride to Poroholma, you can return to the city center using Gyyt, Rauma’s public transport. Bus line 7 operates between Suvitie and the city center.

Tickets cost 7 € per person. Children under 3 years old ride for free. You may stay onboard for the full round trip (Kauppatori – Poroholma – Kauppatori), or get off at Poroholma and return on a later ride with the same ticket.
