The Teresia and Rafael Lönnström Home Museum
The Teresia and Rafael Lonnstrom Home Museum is the unique home of the industrialist couple from Rauma. The Home Museum combines the elegance of a stately home with the cosiness of long-term occupancy. Teresia Lönnström was an art collector, and the walls of the house are adorned with paintings from the golden age of Finnish art up to the 1960s.
The museum’s Gallery features an exhibition of Lönnström’s contemporary art projects. There is a small workshop corner for children, where you can also watch a video of Lönnström’s house mouse’s adventures in the home museum.
The first floor of the home museum is fully accessible and can be navigated by wheelchair. The second floor can only be accessed by stairs.
