SuomiLive festival coming to Rauma for the first time in July

A new addition to Rauma’s summer events – SuomiLive music festival is held at Rauma for the first time on 21.–22.7.

The venue is located at the rooftop parking lot of shopping mall Potkur. The exceptional venue is a great place for a festival – there is amazing view from the rooftop overlooking Old Rauma.

SuomiLive – Wanha Rauma festival has many popular Finnish artist performing, such as Pete Parkkonen, Jannika B, Redrama, Anssi Kela, Sexmane and Happoradio. There is also stand-up comedians on the stage.

– We want to offer a positive and overall festival experience to the crowd with SuomiLive event. Mainstream artist are of course an important factor when it comes to the appeal and allure of the event but year after year it comes clear that the wishes and demands of the public regarding the convenience, atmosphere, services and safety of the venue are getting more and more crucial. These factors have been taken in consideration when planning SuomiLive Wanha Rauma festival, tells the Chief Operating Officer of Tiger Production Oy Antti Smeds.

Tiger Production Oy is in charge of the SuomiLive festivals and the partners have years of experience from the event industry. This summer SuomiLive festivals are held at Vantaa, Kemijärvi, Pieksämäki and Tornio.

– We want to continue to have these festivals with the cities and to cooperate closely with operators in the area, the Business Director of Tiger Production Oy Sami Hokkanen says.
