Rauma Day is celebrated from the 16th to the 18th of April
Rauma will reach the age of 579 on Saturday 17th of April 2021. Due to the corona situation, the Rauma Day program is implemented outdoors as inspiring raptures and as online content. The video tour leads to the early history of the city
The 360 ° video is presenting the early history of the city in the Old Town Hall Museum. The video allows you to see the exhibitions and the town hall as a video from many directions. The video introduces the City of Rauma’s founding document, i.e. the letter of privilege, the seal and coat of arms of the City of Rauma and the Pyyrman drum.
Old Rauma and Rauma nature are the themes of the concert recordings
The youngest pianist students of the Rauma Music College and the poet Nina Rintala will perform in the illustrated concerts recorded in the Rauma Hall. The themes of the concerts are Old Rauma and Rauma nature. The Rauma – Words, Pictures and Tones concerts feature a diverse selection of familiar works performed by pianist students, as well as Nina Rintala’s poems on nature and Rauma.
