Easybike city bikes are available
Rauma has 20 EASYBIKE city bikes that are positioned around the city for 10 bike stops. The bike stops are marked on the map (pdf). In 2021, the city bikes are available from 19th of April until end of the year.
Rauma is a great city to explore by bike. Distances are short, so the bike is convenient way to move around.
Before using an EASYBIKE, you are required to download a free EASYBIKE app for your iOS or Android phone, as well as to sign up for the service. Registration requires authentication or a valid payment card. When you have signed up and have loaded money into your EASYBIKE wallet, the bike can be unlocked by scanning the QR code on the bike. Once the lock is opened, the application starts calculating the duration of the trip. After the trip when the bike is manually locked at the parking spot, the application stops calculating. Please make sure calculation has stopped before you leave the bike.
The use of the city bike costs one euro for every 30 minutes starting. Students cycle for the first 30 minutes with 50 cents. Student status must be updated in your profile after the registration.
- Download the EASYBIKE App.
- Sign up for the service and create an account.
- Scan the QR code of the bike with the EASYBIKE App.
- Start your journey and after it park your bike on one of the EASYBIKE parking spots.
- Manually lock the bike and check that the trip ends in the application.
