Chamber music festival Rauma Festivo 6.-10.8.
Chamber music festival Rauma Festivo is organized 6.-10.8. During the five days there are almost 30 concerts and events in Rauma. Rauma Concert association organizes the festival and it is a part of Finland Festivals. Artistic director of the festival this year is bass Mika Kares and violinist and conductor Jan Söderblom.
Concerts, afternoon matinees, presentations, market place and café concerts and surprise concerts in private yards make sure that the music is accessible for everyone. Events are organized for example in Poselli, Church of the Holy Cross and Rauma-Sali. The goal of Rauma Festivo is that everyone can enjoy the music. Free concerts are organized every day.
